I know that the city of Coralville has done its part in helping the project move along throughout the years, but I do also see in my reading that members of the Coralville government have done the project harm as well.

The idea that there are equal uses for the land is crazy, and the inability to meet some additional concessions is as well. There is no need for quarrel on the part of the city about the architect for the project or how the project is necessarily built.

The city is responsible for providing the land to this very responsible project and nothing more. Certain council and previous council members should have put their egos aside and prevented the loss of 500 temporary and 200 permanent jobs and an economic impact for our region and its business owners in the hundreds of millions annually.
