Alexander N. Domrin

Alexander Domrin is a Russian lawyer and law professor who has travelled, worked in and out of government, and lectured widely throughout Russia and the United States. (For details see his cv, below.) During the summers of 1997 and 1998, and intersession January 1999 he was teaching at the


University of Iowa College of Law in Iowa City, Iowa.
