Note: In the past, new entries added to the
categories in my personal bookmarks would not be available for public use
until the next time I reformatted and uploaded the entirety of Parts I-V.
My present intention is to make a duplicate entry of newly discovered Web
sites in my personal bookmarks. One will be integrated in the pre-existing
categories, and the other will be added to a folder called "Supplement."
This "Supplement" folder can then be uploaded, and made available, more
often than I am able to reformat and upload all of the entries in Parts
I-V. Thus, the advantage of the Supplement is that it makes newly discovered
Web sites available more promptly; the disadvantage is that they are not
organized or integrated into the categories used in Parts I-V. Of course,
the public "Supplement" will be cleaned out whenever Parts I-V are
updated; the duplication will exist only in my personal bookmarks.
As a reference, the bookmarks are divided into the
following Parts:
Part I:
A - Search Engines; Amateur Radio; Cities,
States, Weather; Communication Studies; Cyberspace Law Sp 97/SE Asia (and
see Global Trade); Employment Opportunities, Online Job Banks; Federal
Government; Friends, Family
Part II: General Semantics;
Geographical Areas, Global, International; Global Trade; Health; Johnson,
Nicholas; Law; Law of Electronic Media
Part III: Media (now over 100 links to television,

Affiliations. There is a separate set of links to those organizations
and educational institutions (1) with which Nicholas Johnson has some association
and (2) that have created and maintain Web sites. Some, but not all, are
included in Parts I, II, III and IV, above.
Disclaimer: Needless
to say, given the number of sites (1) although the URLs were accurate and
active when first entered, they are not routinely checked and updated,
and some may have since been changed, or removed, and (2) obviously I cannot
and do not take any responsibility for the accuracy or other aspects of
the content to which these links may lead you. I would appreciate any feedback
regarding errors that you find in using this resource, or suggestions
of related Web sites you think I, and others using these links, might find
useful. You can e-mail me at: 1035393@mcimail.com
